System Design
Our delivery process begins with design. We build custom solutions for each agency so we start with requirements gathering to understand the unique needs of our client agency. Detailed design documentation is presented and reviewed to make sure the system will fulfill all of the requirements. Our designs include software, networks, security, databases, reports, user interfaces, electronics, electrical wiring, mechanical components, and maintenance of traffic plans for road closures.
Installation
Installation is a key facet of our service offerings. We have installation subject matter experts who have implemented systems in North and South America, and in Israel since 1997. We retain local skilled installation contractors capable of performing electrical, civil, and mechanical installation. We then go onsite and directly supervise the work with our own specialists. In the process of installing the system, we can provide field training for toll agency IT and maintenance personnel if desired.
Maintenance
We provide 24×7 maintenance for our installations with a combination of subcontracted maintenance providers, our own forces, and if desired, customer personnel. We have advanced system performance monitoring and analytics tools which provide us with early-warning of impending failures, allowing us to proactively address problems before they impact vehicle transactions and revenue capture.
